**Time Window**

Your scheduled time window is the time when your vehicle should be**ready to leave the storage facility**.

Please arrive **up to 30 minutes before your scheduled time** Arriving early helps ensure your vehicle can depart at the scheduled time and allows us to maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for all customers.

**Example:**

If your scheduled pickup time is **10:00 AM**, your vehicle should be ready to **exit the building at 10:00 AM**. We recommend arriving between **9:30 AM and 10:00 AM**.
